Screening Criteria

  1. No felony convictions that would jeopardize the safety of any existing tenants in proximity.
  2. No prior evictions.
  3. Applicant monthly income must be at minimum three times the monthly rent amount.
  4. Current employment must be continuous for at least three (3) months.
  5. Professional reference must be provided (current landlord is preferred).
  6. Employment validation via HR, pay stubs, tax returns, etc.

Add all residents who will be residing in this property, including children.
